Our Story

Hi! We are Paul and Jenn. Several years ago, our daughter decided to leave our New England home and travel south to attend the University of Alabama. From the moment we stepped foot on campus, we knew it would be a special place in our lives. The town of Tuscaloosa and the University continued to tug on our heartstrings while our daughter was in college and long after she left. It’s not just about football or sports. We like to work in the quad, dine outside at 5, and grab breakfast at Strange Brew or Heritage House. It’s the feeling of the caring community and the draw of a place that provides an exceptional education to all its students. In fact, we love the university so much that Jenn enrolled and graduated with her master’s degree.

Our love of Tuscaloosa led us to “buy dirt” as our real estate agent said. So we put down baby roots with The Comfort Condos and are excited to share them with you.
